  This Starbucks is actually not much more than a stand inside the Kroger, but don't be fooled. This little Starbucks makes lattés better than it's brick-and-mortar counterpart down the street. They have the right portion of steamed milk that is still liquid with the right amount that is foam. Many other Starbucks make their lattés with too much foam, and the cup fills half empty.

  When I walked up to the register, I had to wait several moments before the Starbucks employee would even look up from texting on his phone to even notice my presence. Once he saw me he said "Hello" and continued texting for a bit, then once he finally finished he put his phone down and asked how he could help me. I ordered two iced coffees, was then told they were out. The young lady told me she could make some but would take a few minutes which I agreed to wait. After several minutes of waiting, the lady comes back to tell me she was wrong and they didn't even have anymore iced coffee to make. This location has pathetic customer service, and is terribly slow so there is no excuse to be out of Iced coffee. Very disappointed.
